The Greatest of All Time (abbreviated as G.O.A.T.) — the greatest of all time pH 6-7. Neutral. Liquid, pliable. For manicures and pedicures. Does not twist the nail plate. Suitable as a base for any hard material (gel, polygel, acrylic gel). Requires more thorough preparation of the nail plate. Buff the nail, dehydrate, apply Nail Prep dehydrator to the entire nail surface, Primer to the free edge. Apply the first layer of the base with rubbing motions from the free edge to the cuticle. Cure, apply the second layer of the base with volume. Cure for 60 seconds. When used as a base coat, apply two rubbing layers, then any hard material. Cure for 60 seconds.
